What is The Legacy Capsule?
The Legacy Capsule is a personalized cremation ash receptacle designed to provide a meaningful reminder of loved ones that’s decorative enough to display prominently so that you’ll reflect on it frequently.
What’s included in the kit?
Each Legacy Capsule kit includes:
- 360 Brass capsule small “b”
- (2) .625 oz. amber glass vials
- Brass scoop
- “Final Thoughts” message sheet (only 1)
Can I customize my Legacy Capsule?
Yes! The Legacy Capsule is highly customizable. You can personalize yours by uploading your own custom SVG designs for up to 6 sides, or add custom text to create your perfect memorial.
How do I use the Design Center?
Our Design Center allows you to visualize and customize your Legacy Capsule before ordering. You can:
- Upload and position SVG graphics for laser cut engraving
- Add custom text to any side
- Customize up to 6 sides of the capsule
- Preview your design in real-time before purchase
- Make adjustments until it’s perfect
What file format do I need for custom designs?
You’ll need to upload SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) files. These will be used for laser cut engraving. Please note that no color options are available – designs are engraved into the brass.
How much does a Custom Keepsake Urn cost?
The custom keepsake urn is $195.00. A fully engraved capsule is $120.00, or $25.00 per side.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free within the continental U.S. (USPS Ground). Please allow 10 business days from order date. For orders outside the US the domestic rate will be credited toward the total shipping cost.

What if there’s a defect or issue?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or doesn’t match your approved specifications, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
